		<description>To be fair, we&#039;ve seen more transparency in 8 weeks than the previous 8 years. While the top 2 tiers of officials change at each election (more or less),  it&#039;s going to take a while for the underlings to register the new regime and new intentions. Plus more than a few will have done things under instruction from the White House that they&#039;d rather not expose, me thinks. Time will tell, but the expectations for instant change were always too high, IMHO.</description>
